Select a hotel (if you are looking for the best value something like the Imperial Palace will probably be a great price, and has a FANTASTIC location on the strip. I also was able to get the Wynn to pull up for about $249 for a 4 day trip per person, which with the Wynn's quality - and location both on the strip and next to the mall on the strip is a great value.
